SeaWorld at Orlando is so much more than the Killer Whale or Dolphin Shows it is most famous for! Some of the programs you might want to consider would be the Behind the Scenes and Animal Interaction programs that can be for all ages. These might include seeing dolphins and sea lions up close, Marine Mammal Keeper Experiences, the Beluga Interaction Program, Dolphin Cove and Nursery, Jewel of the Sea & Manta Aquariums, Pelican Point, Penguin & Shark Encounters, Pacific Point Preserve, and Stingray Lagoon are just some you have to chose from. Wild Arctic is where you can explore a frozen wonderland of ice and arctic animals.
Some other animals you will see within the park are Asian small-clawed otters, beluga and killer whales, dolphins, flamingos, harbor seals, manatees, parrots, pelicans, penguins, polar bears, rays, sea lions, sea turtles, sharks, and walruses.
Thrill seekers may choose to ride the Journey to Atlantic, Kraken, Jazzy Jellies, Manta, Ocean Commotion, Paddle Boats, Sea Carousel, Shamu Express, Sky Tower, Swishy Fishies, or the Wild Arctic. There is also a Net Climbing area!
Also daily are a variety of shows and concerts. Special events are held during the summer and might include bands, Brew and BBQ’s, Just for Kids and and special VIP tours. Open for both Christmas and New Year’s Eve with special celebrations and every weekend in October they host the Spooktacular event.
Lockers, mobility carts, strollers and wheelchairs are available to rent for an additional fee. Dining and shopping located within the park for your enjoyment and convenience!
