During your school trip to Chicago, you should explore the Museum of Science and Industry. The pupils will see fascinating exhibits, take a guided tour, and participate in educational programs. The museum also has an Omni MAX theater.

There are a variety of tour options for the team to partake in. You can take tours such as The White City Then and Now Tour and the U-505 In Depth Tour. The White City Tour is an interactive exploration of the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition which is also known as the White City. During the experience, participants will have the opportunity to take a look at some of the buildings from the fair through 3D virtual simulation. Then you will go on an outdoor walking tour of the museum’s historic features. The class will learn about some of the innovations, people, and culture that made the White City influential, and how those innovators and their inventions still impact our lives today.

The Museum of Science and Industry has interactive exhibits on display for your team to enjoy.  You will find exhibitions such as All Aboard the Silver Streak: Pioneer Zephyr, Coal Mine, Earth Revealed, Farm Tech, and Fast Forward: Inventing the Future. The Farm Tech exhibit lets the pupils have a glimpse at some of the technology used on a farm. The Earth Revealed exhibition lets participants get an up close view of the planet earth. Fast Forward: Inventing the Future is an exhibit where the group can immerse themselves in a world of tomorrow’s inventions and today’s visionaries.
