During your school trip to Los Angeles, your student group may want to visit the Hollywood Wax Museum which is located on famous Hollywood Boulevard. The museum has been in operation for over 40 years. It is the only wax museum in the country which is devoted to celebrity figures. The students will see figures of Hollywood stars, television personalities and characters from their favorite movies at the Hollywood Wax Museum. Students can pose and have a photo taken in front of these iconic stars as part of the experience.
The museum has uncanny replicas of A-list stars for your student group to view. You will encounter figures of individuals such as Angelina Jolie, Johny Depp, Gwenyth Paltro, and Kirsten Dunst. The collection also contains life-like figures of some famous classic entertainers. Students will see people such as Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, John Wayne, and Elvis Presley. The students will also have the opportunity to see well-known sports figures at the museum as well.
If the students enjoy scary movies, they can walk into the Chamber of Horrors Exhibit at the museum. The display contains figures from the classic to the contemporary. The group will encounter replicas of Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers, Dracula, and Frankenstein’s monster. You will also see a couple of moving figures and some pressurized air that will scare the students to the core. The students can purchase souvenirs at the museum as well. There are also displays outside the museum near the Souvenir stand for the students to admire.
